For the first time the AAFPS is having a meeting with a very different flavour on each day.  Day 1 will focus on Lasers and light technologies. As well as lectures there will be considerable time devoted to panel discussions and forums. We feel that more is learnt when you get to ask the questions you want answered with a more open dialogue. Day 2 will be devoted to rhinoplasty. This will give us the chance to cover the topic in some detail leading to real, practical knowledge that can be put directly to use.

We look forward to a true multi-specialty meeting with Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, Cosmetic Surgeons & Physicians and Facial Plastic Surgeons all participating and adding to a "Cutting Edge" learning experience.

NB: We are inviting pre-submitted questions, discussion points, difficult cases or complications for the discussion groups for the Laser day. Please submit your requests to tracy@facialplastics.com.au

International Speaker - Dr David Ellis MD

Dr Ellis is a past President of the Canadian Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery, Canadian Vice President of The American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, and the President and Secretary of The Canadian Society of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery.  Recently, he was on the Board of The American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and has been nominated for President. He is keenly sought after, world wide, as a headline speaker on the art of rhinoplasty and for his vast experience in the use of Lasers on the face. We are very excited to have Dr Ellis in Sydney to be our lead speaker on both days of our meeting.
